Normanton Mural Project - St. Jame's Junior School - 2006
The murals for St. Jame's Junior School were based on the art of Russian artist Wassily Kandinsky. Artblock spent time working with the school children, helping them to create artwork in the style of Kandinsky.
The children worked on collage, and assembled pictures by gradually building up layers, including drawing onto acetate.
Artblock artists created the mural panels based on the children's artwork.
